Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment within the United States.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volumes. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
